In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Menu en 5 services où l'on partage les deux services d'entrées, plat principal au choix et desserts à partager. Un accord mets et vins sera proposé au prix de 45$ pour accompagner ce généreux menu. Un menu végétarien est disponible sur demande en avance ainsi qu'un menu pour enfant au coût de 28$. Réservez pour le premier service dès 17h00 et pour le second service à compter de 20h00. What a cozy and fantastic spot! We arrived early for our reservation but magic happened and we were able to be seated. The team really came through and made our time enjoyable. The food and drinks were creative and tasty.

Nous étions quatre. Nous avons très apprécié le service de Johann. Tout le personnel était très attentif. La nourriture était excellente, particulièrement les deux entrées. Il s’agissait du menu spécial du 24 décembre. Le dessert était divin. Nous n’avons pas choisit l’accord des vins mais plutôt deux bouteilles recommandées (un blanc et un rouge). Il est possible que nous soyons de retour le 31 décembre…

What a find! Of all the tasting menus I tried over the holidays, La Fabrique was HANDS DOWN the best. Finally, original spins on classics that I could never have dreamt up. Everything from the amuse to the dessert was delectable. I think I actually moaned at some point. It was the perfect tasting menu and their original cocktails are just as inspiring. If La Fabrique is not on your bucket list of restos to check out in Montreal, your list is incomplete. I'm already looking forward to returning and introducing this spot to others. Bravo!

Nourriture extraordinaire, service impeccable de la réception à la sortie du restaurant. Une expérience culinaire incroyable avec un menu renouvelé aux 3 semaines. Il faut également souligner le service 5 étoiles de Madame Axel qui est sans faute. Un plaisir à chaque visite. Ce midi nous avons choisis un Mac’n cheese réinventé des plus savoureux avec noix, légumes etc. À découvrir
