Everything at La Grande Boucherie was off…Hostesses, Wait Staff, Vibe and Food…I think everyone working there needs to experience a great French Bistro like Balthazar or Bouchon Bistro…as an example the table next to us received their entree’s before their salad course…unbelievable

Beautiful space and good food, but the 22 percent gratuity automatically added on to the bill was excessive. Anything above 20 percent should be at the discretion of the customer. The service was ok, but not outstanding.

We didn’t get off to a good start when we were shoved at the tiniest table for two up against a pillar by the window. We sat there for quite a while before anyone came over, and then we were finally given water. And then we sat there for quite a while again until we had drink orders taken. Service was unbelievably slow. Not to mention what was that constant banging noise coming from above? On a positive note, The service we received at the bar prior to taking our table was excellent .

Everything was perfect until my $150 48oz Portherhouse arrived. It was cooked the way I had asked. They served it sliced into medallions off the bone which was a great touch. However, almost 1/3 of the medallions were pure fat. I was unable to eat or enjoy those pieces. For this reason I put value at a 3. Everything else was wonderful!

Food and drink were great! Service as well. A bit chilly by the window upstairs in a booth - but overall a good dinner.

Waiter forgot our wine and then served one much more expensive than ordered. Onion soup and salad were outstanding, but croquet monseur was soggy.

First of all let me say we love this place. Vibes great. Food is fine, could be better. I find it usually lacks seasoning and not super accommodating for dietary restrictions. I will say we got a bottle of wine and both of us thought it was spoiled, very vinegar tasting but would never send it back. Otherwise will keep coming to have a cocktail and gab. Maybe some charcuterie on a lazy day.

The food and ambiance was amazing, but the service was sub par. Our waiter (or manager....unsure which) took our order, the runners brought our food, and we never saw the waiter again. Our wine glasses sat empty for half the meal, and no one asked us if we wanted more drinks. As we were there for a holiday lunch, we would have stayed longer and enjoyed drinks. After our plates were cleared, the bill appeared at our table. There is some service work to do here for the level of quality this place is trying to emit.

The ambiance is so lovely during Christmas and so festive. We sat at the Bar with Our martinis with blue cheese olives waiting for a table as we wanted to be seated by the Christmas tree. We began with oysters and the wagyu carpaccio, pleasing aesthetic, but even more delish. My Husband had the ribeye, which was a special and we ordered 3 sides; Gouda macaroni and cheese served in a copper crock, the haricots verts and frites, all so delish. I tasted his ribeye, but enjoyed all of the sides. My Husband had the raspberry sorbet for dessert accompanied by an espresso martini which I had as well. The piece of resistance (not spelled as pronounced) was it was 1/2 price wine on the bottles. We enjoyed a bottle with dinner and even brought another bottle to Our hotel to enjoy.
