   Amazing views of the city of downtown, the ambience was mellow, music was great and the drinks were amazing. The food was just right and service was great.

   There was only one waitress for the entire rooftop. The service took hours and they added a 20% tip

   A little over price for quality of food. Ambience was nice and the view was worth it. Make sure to look for service fee, tip was automatically included and we weren’t made aware of it.

   Nothing to write home to mum about. The 20 percent service fee was a bit of a shock, it’s written in super small print on the menu though. Was just ok and over priced

   I don’t think the cost to value ratio is there. Parking already is $30 (and I still had to walk a bit to get there). Music is pretty loud it’s sometimes hard to hear the person across from you. The food isn’t that great relative to the price. Beef skewers came out cold. Potato bravas I feel as if I could get in the frozen food aisle at my local grocery store (I’m not saying they were cooked bad just the value to price is a little off). Food took forever to get to the table; so long that the server comped 2 drinks which I really appreciated. The bill for two people was $160 (had the 2 extra drinks not been free, then the bill would have been north of $200). I’d have no problem paying that price for good food, service, and ambience, but all of that was lacking on my visit. The saving grace is the view but I’m not sure I can justify frequent visits here.

    We made 6 o clock reservation for dinner. It was slow. Waitress took her time to come and acknowledge us. We had to ask for water and get our drinks and appetizers going. We ordered a lot of appetizers they were delicious. Two of the girls ordered entrees which never came. We were frustrated and asked for the bill several times with different waiters passing by. Finally, when a different waiter brought the bill I didn’t bothered checking it. I paid and one of the entrees was charged which we never received. Automatically, tip is charged at 20% which service was horrible. I called the hotel twice since the restaurant doesn’t have a direct line. Receptionist took all info down plus receipt info and told me I would get a call or emailed. I never received either one. Place (view) , appetizers, drinks were amazing. Service not good at all!
