We were visiting Barcelona and decided to check out Open Table for options. We found and reserved a table last minute at La Paella de Su. The waiter was fun and engaging in giving us information about the menu. As one would expect we ordered Paella. It was wonderful.

They did not except my reservation from open table even though I received and showed my confirmation. They sent me to their sister restaurant 1/2 mile away. They were not really sorry about it. Bad management.
