This was my 4th or 5th visit to LP and every time the food and service is fantastic! The food... OMG! Everyone I have been with have always loved their dishes also as I don't eat much meat and they said it's all incredible! Cheers to LP for serving up an excellent experience so close to my home! P.S. the chairs are so comfortable! I need that as someone w/ back issues so it's always a plus to be able to sit comfortably for an entire meal! I will def be back many times over! Cheers!

This was my fourth time eating at La Pastaia and as with the first three, the food was outstanding. The only negative was that we must've been sitting on the border between two servers' areas because there seemed to be some confusion over who was serving us and it took a long time to have our orders taken and to request things like drink refills. Whereas when I looked around, the servers in other parts of the restaurant seemed much more attentive to their customers' needs.

Ciro, our server, was fantastic! From the perfect recommendation on cocktail to a wonderful pasta and sauce: pairing tomato pappardelle with short rib ragu. Our ribeye steak was also cooked to a perfect medium rare. We loved the lava stone presentation but quickly realized it was overcooking the steak so we had to take it off. Ciro provided 5 star service, was very welcoming and funny. We didn’t catch the names of them rest of the staff that also helped us but also wanted to give them a shout out as well!

We dined on their first anniversary. I’ve been here before and it was very good, but this time they were too giddy and not providing great service. They were very friendly and very happy when they passed, and they doled out some free champagne. But it took a long time to get anyone’s attention, to order, to get wate, etc. And it was made worse that every once in a while someone would appear at the table and say “ how is everything going ??” and you would tell them, we’ve been waiting to order, or waiting for water for 20 minutes. They would say very sincerely “I’m so sorry!!” But then nothing would happen to fix it. This was made worse by the fact that the staff had asked a buddy to play live music for the night, on the small patio. Not only was it so loud that you could not hear the servers or your dining companions, but the man was completely out of tune. He was trying to pick up a customer and it was just all around cringey. When I finally got some alcohol it at least became amusing. The food was actually pretty good, other than the fact that some things were missing from our plates, and asking the staff about them brought apologies… But not the missing stuff. The eggplant app is a good dish. And their complimentary bread and olive oil are good. They did take an entrée off the bill, and the free champagne was nice. But overall it was a very strange evening. Hopefully they will not have the “singer” again!

We had a great time in the patio with another couple and their medium sized dog. The red and white table wines were great. Oysters were good but not over the top tasty. My request to add extra spice to my spicy shrimp and pasta dish was accommodated. One person ordered a pizza and it was a little under cooked. Plenty of parking and friendly staff makes this our next go-to place 15-20 minutes away.

My dining experience was excellent! My server Sergio was professional, efficient and made my friend and I dining experience superior!! My favorite I have ordered multiple times is the salmon with risotto and lemon aioli. My friend had the fresh pasta Carbonara he was so happy with his dish he couldn’t stop smiling. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted by the bar manager Raffa who always provides outstanding and personable service. Sergio made everything so special even our Ruffino Pinot Grigio was served at the right temperature. We definitely will be returning ! Thank you Sergio for your outstanding service that was much appreciated!!

La Pastia has stepped up their experience and are in a consistent groove. Service: Always friendly. We were fortunate to have the GM as our server. She is great. Their bartender remembered us…they pay attention. We are recently engaged and the GM made our evening by providing some bubbles at the end of the meal to cheers to our love. These gestures are what make experiences special and keeps us coming back. Alana (not sure if I have her name correct), but she is a phenomenal server…engaging, positive energy and love that she’s from Italy. She knows her food and again makes the experience that much better. Food: Honestly haven’t had anything here I didn’t like. They have a great happy hour…great selection of food. Their meatballs and pizzas are delicious. We’ve had their short rib pastas and veal shank…so good. Will also mention, they pump out the food quickly. Even with a relatively busy Friday night. Impressive. They have a nice brunch as well. Ambiance: Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Love the cherry blossom, chandeliers, chairs and decor. They have one TV at the bar, which is convenient with all the sporting events that we sometimes want to watch. Every guest we bring loves the place as well. Does not disappoint. My only recommendation is we sat in the cute u shaped booth once…needs reupholstering.
