   Nice quiet place with an excellent menu in 3 days we have eaten here twice. The staff are very pleasant and attentive.

   I really enjoyed my visit. I chose to come here for my birthday after searching through many options. And I'm glad I did. My server was friendly and attentive. All the food was tasty and well made. They really made my birthday meal special. And will come back again 100%

   Great restaurant for a privabte dinner with your spouse or if you wan to have a few drinks with your buddies when you are in the banff area. The customer service and food was top notch

   The food was delicious & the service was excellent. Ibon, our server was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable & had a great sense of humour. He made us feel very welcome. We had the soup to start, Chicken Parmigiana, Italian Style Short Rib & Chocolate Torta & Affogato Espresso for dessert. We couldn't fault anything & would definitely recommend a visit!

   Bison Cannelloni was not good. Almost zero contents, was just a flat noodle with an extremely thin layer of BBQ bison in it. I was hoping for a more savoury bison. This one was sweet BBQ. Maybe all the cheese escaped before I could eat it? Soupy and one note. There was no side salad or anything to cut its rich cheese flavours. Services was very good though, pumpkin honey butter on a hot ciabatta was the highlight of the culinary event. Smoked blackberry negroni helped to cut the main dish bland flavours. I could only stomach eating 1.5 of the 4 Cannellonis as they were too rich and boring tasting. Off putting. Decor is gorgeous with the glass ceiling, plants and high end finishings. Restaurant was very quiet at 6pm it was mainly empty. Which might be good if you like a quiet spot. Couldn’t find the restaurant sign outside and had to ask the hotel front desk if I was in the correct place.

    This is our 5th visit to La Terrazza. We both love the setting and the fact that it is in our hotel is an added bonus. The food is always delicious. They arancini is our favorite appetizer, we also really like the two complementary fresh baked rolls accompanied by flavored butter and tappenade. Flavors vary depending on the season. We tried the winter salad which was a perfect size to share. For our entrees we both chose the lamb ragu papperdelle. It was delicious. Our servers were friendly and regularly checked in on us without being intrusive. Definitely a great ambiance for dinner along with an extensive menu with lots of choices. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
