   Love this place, especially in the summer when you can dine outside looking over the rolling hills in the sunshine. The inner restaurant is essentially a large tent, but even in Autumn whilst they remain open, it is warm enough with large heaters. Pizza is epic.

   Great pizzas made in a proper pizza oven. Very tasty and lovely they marked our 19 years together and my 40th with very cute dessert plates!

   The menu is fairly limited with just a hand full of starters and deserts, and only pizza as choice for mains. However, the calamari we shared as a starter was superb (light, fresh and tender) and the pizzas were of a standard that you’d expect to find in any great independent local Italian pizzeria, almost perfect but the crumb and crust needed more salt. The Tiramisu was on point, really light and creamy and certainly one of our best. What let the evening down was the general service, which we found to be clumsy and absent minded, from incorrect drink order, forgetting cutlery and glasses to lacking any presence. We were also surprised that there was no reference made to a comment I put in the original booking of our Anniversary (Why have the requests there?) With our experience of the service somewhat at odds with the brand of Four Seasons, I would say it’s going to be hit and miss, which is a shame as the food is actually really great.
