Cocktails were great. Smoked old fashioned and expresso martini were excellent . Artichoke app was great . Service was very attentive. After that it was downhill. Lasagna was premade chunk that came out ice cold in the middle. Veal chop was over breaded and overcooked , seemed deep fried not sautéd in a pan . It left an oil slick on my plate . The cappuccino was a cold cup of foamy milk. Very disappointing from a chef like Richard Blais, who prides himself on his attention to detail

It was a great place. Don’t be shy about asking the waiter for help understanding the menu because for me at least, there’s a lot of items I’ve never tried before which makes it a must try restaurant. The selection’s we made were awesome and the waiter was very good in explaining the menu.

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary, receiving a prosecco toast and dessert. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend potatoes, glazed carrots, and squash blossoms.

Not Richard Blais' finest hour. The food was fair, but we think he can do better. Start of service was slow. So all the servers were standing around chatting with nothing to do. Yet, we could not get our server, Juan's, attention nor anyone else's when we were ready to order. Juan was nervous. Felt like he had not done this for long. We were mistakenly given a card wishing us Happy Birthday, even though this was not the case. But although we left the card plainly visible on the table, no-one offered us Birthday wishes. He did offer us a Zonin Gran Cuvée for a welcome toast, and correctly identified it as a sparkling wine -- not a champagne, as opposed to the server in an adjacent table. The roasted beets was good -- enough to take home. The tomato caprese was loaded with raw tomato that was hard to eat. Luna does a much better caprese that bursts with flavor, and ripened tomatoes. The swordfish was under-seasoned, with overcooked capers. We had to ask for fresh capers and salt to brighten it up. Du Jour at the AZ Culinary Institute does an excellent moist blackened swordfish. So the student chefs there outperformed Chef Blais's team...! The chicken masala was perfectly cooked. But the sauce was over-seasoned. After a few bites, it was so salty that it was hard to eat. The manager at no point came over to our table to greet us or ask how things were. We found this lack of attention very disappointing, especially for a new restaurant. It should be at the top of his/her list to do. Ember, Eddie V's, Course, Binkley's, Café Monarch all do a better job on that score. The valet at the Hyatt is also chaotic. Not enough staff to help with cars, and small children were running around right in front of moving vehicles without restraint! Very dangerous! After this experience, we don't feel the need to visit any other Richard Blais restaurant.

Jake was fabulous, informed and very personable and kind to our party which included 4 young kids. EVERY dish left us wanting more! Incredible flavor combinations and so rich in taste. The ambience was serene- calm and comfortable. Craft cocktails were perfect. Highly Highly recommend. Looking forward to another experience soon.

Everything was delicious, with the exception of the Birthday girl’s steak! She said it was overcooked and charred way too much! It was our most expensive plate and the worst one! 😢

This was a great dinner—the customer service was amazing and they were so attentive but not overbearing. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was perfect for our memorial birthday celebration. We will definitely be back—the before dinner prosecco was a nice touch!

Such a disappointment. Everything had an overly sweet taste to it. The squash blossoms were greasy and then the collaborate and chili honey on top made it too sweet. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish with the artichoke. The mozzarella stick was cold on the inside. I like my pasta al dente but squash pasta was like chewing a Band-Aid. The drinks had good flavor, but were pretty weak. For $250 one should be able to expect a much better meal.
