   I really wanted to give this place another chance for dinner instead, after two disappointing breakfast visits when our food came much later than the others, but sadly, dinner was no better. We arrived at 5:30pm, ordered promptly, and only received our food at 6:30pm, and that is after reminding the waiters where was our food; while other tables who arrived after us were served before. It’s frustrating to feel overlooked, especially when we were clearly waiting. It left us wondering whether our order was delayed because we ordered alcoholic drinks; perhaps in hopes we’d keep spending more on drinks while we waited? Either way, this is not acceptable service. To add to the frustration, staff then expected us to vacate our table at 7:15pm, despite the delay in receiving our meal. That’s simply unreasonable and they have room for improvement to treat all customers equally. Don’t think we will be coming back.

   Hi Sufian, Thanks for your feedback. As you could notice when placing your booking, reservations go from 5:30 to 7:15PM. Restaurant was completely full by 5:30pm and despite our best effort to dispatch food the fast we could, there will be unfortunately waiting times associated with preparation. Nothing served at Lagune is pre cooked and most of the stuff made from scratch. On a large group like yours it would take slightly longer to get the orders and hence prepare it. If your food was handed over 6:30PM as stated, still there would be 45 min to enjoy it. If if felt rushed, we apologise, since it wasn't our intention. Once more we apologise if your dining experience at Lagune wasn't up to your expectations. Best of lucky elsewhere!!

   The best Authentic Traditional Wood-fired Pizza on the coast! Period. My partner and I live for our fortnightly visit.

   If your after the beat Pizza’s on the Coast Langue Artisan is the only place to eat.

   First time visiting, and will certainly be back. The pizza’s were fabulous, perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was friendly and welcoming and the over all atmosphere excellent. Well worth a visit if you live in the area or are visiting.

   Dinner date for Valentine's Day at Lagune Artisan. It was also our first visit to the restaurant. Lagune Artisan is a nice restaurant with a very casual atmosphere at Wamberal. The staff were very professional and offered very good service. We had a lovely dinner celebrating Valentine's day. Entree was Mozarella sticks followed by a Calabrese pizza for main. For dessert I had a Tiramisu and Lee had an affogato with coffee liqueur. All very enjoyable.

   Ordered mushroom arancini entree 3 large ones with sauce/aioli? Delicious and then pizza with a glass of red wine. I usually take home one arancini and half the pizza for dinner the next night. Super delicious and quality.

   Booked the table for a birthday breakfast, table was ready although short of a chair. Food and service was very good. There were quite a lot of people there already but the service was very quick. Will definitely be going back.
