We were there for Christmas Eve. It didn’t look any busier than usual. Maybe half full when we arrived. The waiter would forget about us so service was terrible. Food came and barely warm. And it wasn’t tasting great. I can say this is not the usual experience there.

Service was a little slow, but we were there during the pre-dinner shift change. We were not ignored, but our server had several tables to cover. Food was good, but could use a little more Cajun spice. Perhaps offering Shrimp Étouffée would be a boost in offering more Cajun cuisine, without a complete reshuffle of the menu.

Out server was great. The clam chowder was cold, the salad with blue cheese had watery dressing and no crumbles. Steak was warm and mashed potatoes were cold. The Mahi Mahi dish was also cold. The other four dishes were fine.

Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the menu, what she recommended was on point. Please send her our regards. Food, service, ambiance, everything was really great. Thank you for making my Wife’s birthday dinner special.
