   -Staffs were very friendly, welcome us while waiting for our table, and helpful! When we left, no one was there in the front. -Atmosphere was very pleasant with a beautiful view of the waterway! -Great recommendation of the featured-wine pairing with the dinner! -Food temperature was "NOT HOT" instead of warm foods!?! Yam was the one food hot when I ate it. The rest of my foods were mildly cold and warm. Customers preferably to eat hot foods besides their plates are hot. -Our wonderful waitress did a fantastic job with big smiles, friendly services, and well-manner throughout the whole time!

   Organized very well. Waitstaff was efficient and professional. Selection on the Thanksgiving buffet was good. The turkey wasn’t very tasty, but most other items were good. The shrimp were the best item; the rest of the fish, not as good as expected for a seafood restaurant. No oysters (fried or cold). Good desserts.

   Food was so-so. Buffets are difficult to do, but this one didn't measure up to those reduced standards. Veggies were mushy, dressing was just goo - had trouble serving it since a huge glob was stuck to the serving spoon. Roast beef was tough and chewy, but turkey and deserts were good. Was not nearly as good as Landry's buffets in prior years. Last year we ordered from the menu which was much better. Just wasn't worth the price

   My Mother and I are here on Thanksgiving 2024. After arriving for our 1:30 reservation, we were seated and informed they were serving buffet style today and not from the regular menu. If I had been alone, I would have left but I had my 93 year old Mother with me, so that was not an option. The buffet was very limited and everything we ate was cold and tasteless. Definitely not the usual Landry’s quality that they are known for. And the price…. $52.00 per person not including tea, which was $4.75. To say I’m disappointed, is an understatement. Please close next year if this is the best you can do, Landry’s.

   Exceptional service was provided by Victoria and other staff members. We had a party of 18, celebrating a family members birthday. The food came out timely and at the right temperature. Great place for large parties and online reservations for large parties.

    We didn't get our food until an hour after we arrived. Waitress was very friendly, but there were long periods of time where she was nowhere to be found. Food was a bit bland, even though we ordered blackened seasoning. And it was way too warm inside.
