   It is just overpriced. I love it there, but for 6 people our bill was 280.00 for 4 entrees and two apps. We had 4 beers.

   The food was not good. Wedding soup was delicious. Had the chicken Marsala. It was salty and the sauce didn’t taste right. Server was great. One of our party sent his food back.

   Everything was great except service at the end. She was seen rolling silverware when we had been waiting for a while. Other than that, would recommend!

   I ordered eggplant parm and it was tough and grainy. I couldn’t eat or swallow it. Very disappointed! Companion’s sausage and pepperoni pizza was good however.

   Food was very good, large portions. Most of us took some of entrees home. Appetizers were very good. Only a few had desert, but they were all good choices. Server was just a bit difficult to understand, as were a few of the runners in trying to figure out who ordered what. Waiter didn't ask if anyone needed more drinks/beverages - not a huge deal, we asked him for more. We would return to try more of the menu.

   They claim to be an Italian restaurant but do NOT know how to cook pasta!! The veal parm and piccata were overflowing with sauce and overcooked spaghetti. I should have sent back the spaghetti alle vongole. It was a soup, with six or seven clams floating in a broth containing some overcooked linguine. The mussels were ok as were the calamari fritti and the desserts were huge. However, we won’t return anytime soon. They really need a head chef who knows Italian food!!!

   Overall, the restaurant was not busy at all, and now I know why. Atmosphere wasn’t too bad, place looks nice, but it doesn’t smell very good. Appetizers were pretty good, but the entrees were terrible! We were a party of 5 and none of us really enjoyed our meals. They were also all served in giant bowls that were difficult to eat from. The sides of our table was also very dirty - old dried food stuck to it. The bathroom was also out of toilet paper and dirty, which again is surprising since they weee not busy and had many available employees.

   They bring out food when ready. Some in our party had food for 10 minutes before others came out Chicken and eggplant parm were tough

    I was very pleased with La Scala last night. I took my daughters in law out for Girls Night and it was excellent.
