   Rarely write reviews… compelled to: I do not use these words lightly - In many ways L’Atelier is the perfect restaurant. Food, service, setting, etc - all exceptional. The owner - Alex - is a gem of the hospitality industry, and I don’t mean just on St. Maarten. He and his team have cultivated an experiment that is special and truly fun. We talk about our next visit from the moment we leave to when we are lucky enough to return. This time - it was our 11 year old who wanted to go back for his birthday dinner (well timed spring break). Oh yes, the food is exceptional from the steaks to the sides and starters - never had a single bite here that I didnt truly enjoy. Random recommendations - the risotto, the truffled cheese, bone marrow bruschetta, the egg appetizer. Obviously, the entrees are all amazing. Just go. It’s a true “can’t miss”. It’s so freaking special. Kudos Alex!

   One of the best meals we had , anywhere!! Pork chop and churrasco steak we tremendous ! The dessert was to die for !! Highly recommend

   Cute restaurant in Orient Bay Village . Nice ambience and food was delish. The mahi ceviche was so fresh. My kids enjoyed the wagyu carpaccio and the bone marrow bruschetta. We tried a variety of dishes Including the rib eye, Japanese wagyu, rigatoni w filet and shrimp risotto. Everyone loved their dish. Fun cocktails and an expansive wine list. Service was a little slow but friendly.

   Alexander was a wonderful host, he went to every table to discuss the menu and you could really tell the passion he has for his restaurant. The good was great, and the service was impeccable.

    Food there is fantastic, along with a great bottle of wine, and you will spend the diner being amazed by the taste of each bite.
