   Our family dined here for a late lunch. Our food was delicious! I had the crab cake sandwich and I would’ve had the crab cake by itself! Genuine lumps of crab, almost no filler and light seasoning. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his prime rib. We’ll be back the next time we visit our Mid! Our server Sara Lee was great!

   Our Valentines Evening reservation was less than memorable at Latitude 38. We made a reservation for 3 however upon arrival we were sat at a table for 2. It was difficult to make work. After placing our order the appetizer came out within 15 minutes. The non-alcoholic drinks we ordered at 6:50PM still did not arrive by 7:10

   We sat for over an hour and only saw our server three times while he helped plenty of other tables in reasonable time. We only got drinks and apps then talked ourselves out of getting dinner because of the poor quality service.

   Honestly, the food was better than I expected based on other reviews. The menu is not updated on the website and the prices are much higher. Many things could have been done to elevate the whole dining experience to match the prices. The wait staff appears to have little training in serving food, understanding table service, understanding timing of food and basic serving etiquette. When our appetizer dishes failed to be cleared from the table, our entrees arrived and we moved our multitude of water glasses around to accommodate the servers. And yet, no one cleared the dirty dishes. We were then asked mid way through our entrees to stop and assist the waiter with clearing the dishes- while we were eating. It was all very sad that this very kind waiter had no understanding how rude it was to interrupt our conversation and enjoyment of our meal to clear the multitude of water glasses and appetizer course dishes. He had too many tables and was pretty unavailable to our needs. There were several untrained wait staff we encountered, the last person of the evening didn’t understand why we wanted forks instead of soup spoons to eat our dessert cake.

   Loved the crab Benedict! Sat by the window - lovely view:). Very Christmasy and loved how quiet it was when we were there (Sunday brunch).

   Food was subpar. Vegetables seemd like poured out of frozen bag. Crab cake was decent. Literally zero people there- we were the omly table and noone in the bar. Server was attentive (no other tables..), and very good!

    Very disappointed ! Meat was on lower level.. I was seated in third level, with elderly, snd .two senior citizens.. too much work… Poor design and food were mediocre! Nothing special about this holiday! So sorry ! It truly was horrible! My worst Thanksgiving ever!
