   Hostess was unwelcoming and made us wait unnecessarily long, as were seated immediately by her replacement. The waiter was extremely slow and inattentive, arrogant and rude. However, the food is excellent (as always), compliments to the chefs for staying consistent. It is sad to see LB steak in San Ramon becoming so complacent and customer unfriendly, because it used to be our favorite in town.

   Food was fantastic and our server Anna was awesome. Had the filet and it was outstanding. My husband ordered the pork chop which was HUGE. They made a mistake on his order so it came out after all of us had pretty much finished but they made up for it with free desserts for the table. The crème brute, mud pie and molten cake did not disappoint! Would definitely go back.

   The food was very good. It’s a shame we were celebrating my husband’s 80th Birthday and they didn’t even offer him a birthday dessert. They knew it was his birthday since they gave him a little card. We have been here several times and they usually offer something. Too bad.

   Thursday December 26th 2024. Greetings. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to review. First of Thanks to OpenTable.com to facilitate the reservation at "LB Steak - San Ramon Table for 2 on Thursday, December 26, 2024 at 6:30 pm. Was seated 10 minutes before my time. Everything went very smoothly. From Hostess, Server, Food runners, went on perfectly as supposed. Food taste great. From hot appetizers to entrées. All was very well cooked, presentations, and served. Overall we had a very positive dinning experience. We will definitely use "OpenTable.com at all times. THANKS 🇺🇸.

   The steak was excellent. The bone marrow was also very good. We would have liked to have more gluten-free options for a person in our party. Also, it would be beneficial for the menu to be noted. Also a better selection of salads. The service was good, but the waiter was not knowledgeable about the ingredients in the menu items and had to ask the kitchen several times if something was safe for one of our diners who has several allergies.

    One word - Nancy - if you aren't sitting at her table, what are you even doing? Efficient without feeling rushed, friendly without feeling shmoozed - she's a gem. Food was fantastic - hello mac cheese with bacon hack (again, Nancy), $10 martini Mondays, bread served with soft butter, festive atmosphere - all of it top notch!
