   This is one of the best option on all of its locations. Great food and service. Sure every time I'll visit Houston I'll be back.

   I have not been in a while but mediocre was most I could give. The cocktail was not impressive at all…and the chicken stir fry was mostly red peppers with very little Vietnamese flavor. The server also didn’t bring any vegetables that we ordered. My other dinner guests were equally not impressed. I won’t be going back. Great location, plain food !

   We have such fond memories of this place. It is incredibly disappointing that- 1 , I called you back today to confirm my reservation (you asked to place me on a brief hold- I HUNG UP after 2:30) 2- we arrive and are ignored for a phone call but I'm standing in front of you 3 - you are OUT of orgeat and can't make any of your signature cocktails yet act like it's. A Normal occurrence. We are unfortunately going to have to break up until I think you can deliver on consistency. Done.

We understand your frustration with the orgeat issue and the lack of consistency in our service. You asked for a mai tai but we did not have orgeat syrup (this is not on our cocktail list).    As usual the experience was outstanding.We ordered the beet salad and the crunchy salad they were absolutely delicious. I had the halibut dish instead of my usual order (( beef salad ) my friend ordered and loved it ! ) the halibut fish was super tasty, the dish was so exquisitely served and tasted even better. One of the best restaurants that offers an incredible ambiance and distinctive cuisine.

   Love the vibe, the drinks, the appetizers and the service; but have been disappointed in the “large plate” meals the last two times. We have had two different ones - spicy chicken stirfry and the shrimp green curry and something is amiss! ☹️ We still will come back, but will be sticking with the appetizers and the Lychee Martini!

    Service never disappoints at Le Colonial - Houston. It was a beautiful day for outdoor seating. The two of us made four selections from the appetizer / small plate menu along with Prosecco. Was an excellent choice made by my daughter for her birthday lunch with Mom.
