Lassen Sie sich in die gesellige und leckere Welt des L’Epis Taff‘ entführen, das sich einer neuen Herausforderung stellt: Ihren Gaumen in Biel zu verwöhnen! Restaurant, Aperitif-Cocktails, Bar, Kaffee und Take-away, Partys und Musik– das ist das Konzept, das Sie in unserem Lokal in der Altstadt finden werden. Punchy, farbenfroh, gemütlich, die Atmosphäre ist entspannt, aber gepflegt. Die Küche des L’Epis Taff‘ ist seinen Werten treu: die besten lokalen Produkte aus der Bieler Region für schmackhafte, einfache und leckere Gerichte. Tartar, Burger, Entrecôte aus der Pfanne, vegetarische Gerichte, usw.

Samstags morgens findet der Markt auf der Terrasse des Bistros statt… Bohème- und Stadtatmosphäre garantiert. Jeden ersten Freitag im Monat werden wir den 1st Friday vor und im Bistrot feiern! Denken Sie daran, Ihren Tisch im Voraus zu reservieren.

Comme vous le savez peut-être, nous habitons en Suisse Romande mais sommes d’origine tessinoise. La cuisine du Tessin évoque en nous des souvenirs d’enfance et un esprit d’Epis Curien qui nous ressemble. Romeo, notre patron tessinois préféré sera aux fourneaux avec un chef tessinois du 18 au 22 mars à Bienne (BE). Polenta traditionnelle, risotto gourmands, produits du terroir, et même un burger revisité ! Le tout arrosé de magnifiques vins tessinois. Quelle belle semaine on va passer !     Les plats sont excellents, je recommande! C’est la 3ème fois que je viens manger à l’Epis’taff et je ne m’en lasse pas. Le service est sympa aussi et le lieu beau, les tables sont assez espacées ce qui est agréable.

    Une très belle découverte ! Le cadre est à la fois élégant et chaleureux, avec une décoration soignée qui crée une atmosphère intime sans être étouffante. L’agencement des tables permet de profiter d’un vrai moment de détente, sans impression de promiscuité. Côté cuisine, chaque plat est un vrai plaisir, tant pour la qualité des produits, que pour les yeux. Des mets subtiles, des associations réussies et une présentation soignée, tout en restant dans une approche authentique et sans artifice superflu. Le service est à l’image du lieu : simple, efficace et attentionné, sans en faire trop. Enfin, les prix sont parfaitement en accord avec la qualité de l’expérience, rendant l’adresse encore plus incontournable. Je recommande sans hésiter ! — A wonderful discovery! The setting is both elegant and warm, with tasteful decor that creates an intimate atmosphere without feeling cramped. The layout of the tables allows for a truly relaxing experience, with just the right amount of space for comfort. As for the cuisine, every dish is a real delight, both visually and in terms of flavour. The combinations are well thought out, the flavours are refined, and the presentation is meticulous, all while maintaining an authentic and unpretentious approach. The service reflects the spirit of the place - simple, efficient, and attentive without being overbearing. Lastly, the prices are perfectly in line with the quality of the experience, making this restaurant all the more worth visiting. Highly recommended!

    Ambiance : manque d'isolation phonique mais supportable. 🙂 Service : un peu sous l'eau et en manque d'organisation, de l'attente pour l'apéro (antipasti servi avant nos verres) et l'entrée... Malgré l'attente nous avons apprécié le petit quizz qui a fait passé le temps! On avait demandé un tartare sans poisson cru qui n'a pas été respecté, au vue du stress nous avons partager entre nous et laisser tomber l'idée. Cuisine: tartare reste le must du must (pour nous en tout cas). Petit bémol au niveau du goût entre les pâtes aux écrevisses (fort en goût) suivi de l'entrecôte double avec du beurre (manque un p'tit truc pour rehausser le goût). Dessert très bon, le chocolat au chili était un peu fort pour nous. Ce fut une belle découverte pour les mets et nous restons satisfait de votre cuisine surtout du tartare! Merci pour ces deux merveilleux restaurants et good truck, on adore!

    Das Essen war sehr Lecker und das Ambiente sehr ansprechend! Unsere Bedienung hat etwas leise gesprochen, was bei einem vollen Restaurant nicht immer von Vorteil ist. Aber im Ganzen sehr empfehlenswert.

    Le fameux tartare des festivals de l’été dans son assiette un délice ! Et le cordon-bleu à la tête de moine accompagné d’excellentes frites et de légumes de saison fondants, un vrai régal ! Je recommande !
