Le Bistrot de L’Epis Taff‘ in Etagnières ist ein Restaurant, eine Bar, ein Take-away mit den berühmten Tartar-Kits, die Sie vor Ort abholen können, und schließlich ein privatisierbarer Raum im Obergeschoss mit einem Lounge-Bereich. Die erste Etage ist ideal für Firmenseminare, Geschäftsessen, Geburtstage oder andere festliche Veranstaltungen. Le Bistrot de L’Epis Taff‘ liegt ideal am Eingang von Gros-de-Vaud, 15 Minuten vom Zentrum von Lausanne entfernt, mit einfacher Zufahrt und Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist ein sehr geselliger Ort mit gepflegter und entspannter Atmosphäre, die den industriellen und eher urbanen Stil mit unserer schönen Landschaft verbindet. Die Speisekarte ist sehr *streetfood & meat lover*, und die Hauptprodukte sind ganz einfach: Rindertartar, Tarta’Clette, EscaBurger oder auch Entrecôte vom Rind, das auf der Pfanne serviert wird. Die einzige Devise für unsere gesellige Küche ist die lokale Herkunft und die Qualität der Produkte.

    Cette année, nous renouvelons l’expérience culinaire de la semaine thématique sur le terroir Tessinois. Comme vous le savez peut-être, nous habitons en Suisse Romande mais sommes d’origine tessinoise. La cuisine du Tessin évoque en nous des souvenirs d’enfance et un esprit d’Epis Curien qui nous ressemble. Romeo, notre patron tessinois préféré sera aux fourneaux avec un chef tessinois du 11 au 15 mars à Etagnières (VD). Polenta traditionnelle, risotto gourmands, produits du terroir, et même un burger revisité ! le tout arrosé de magnifiques vins tessinois. Quelle belle semaine on va passer ! Pour découvrir la carte, rendez-vous dans le restaurant de votre choix et sélectionner « carte tessinoise ». Pensez à bien réserver à Etagnières au 021 732 23 46 Ci vediamo presto :-)

    Encore une fois, je suis ravie de ma visite ! Cette semaine tessinoise a été une magnifique découverte, des plats vraiment délicieux et un service d’exception. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ce moment. J’ai hâte de revenir !

    Une table au Lounge avait été demandée lors de la réservation mais nous nous avons été placés juste à côté de la porte d’entrée. Service un peu décousu et lent. Plats excellents

    Bonjour Madame, Je suis désolée que votre expérience ait été décevante hier soir. Nous avons 2 employés sur 5 à l'assurance cette semaine et avons donc dû faire appel à des externes certes adorables et qualifiés mais qui n'ont jamais travaillé dans notre restaurant, j'imagine que c'est la raison qui explique votre sentiment de service décousu. Pour la table, je suis désolée que cette information n'ait pas été respectée, normalement nous faisons bien attention. Merci tout de même de votre visite. A bientôt je l'espère !
