Les Bouchons Ann Siang in Singapore is the best in the business when it comes to serving the ultimate French dish – steak frites. With a few branches peppered around the little red dot after the first space opened on Club Street in 2002, this restaurant on Ann Siang Road near both Chinatown and Tanjong Pagar is cosy, stylish and home to a distinctive European and French flair which we cannot get enough of. While the house specialty is undoubtedly steak frites, you’ll also find French starters, seafood and other classics alongside. Sourcing high quality meat and potatoes from France to go alongside the carefully curated wine list makes this Singapore French restaurant our go-to for an exceptional dining experience. Very expensive for what we got. Wine list is overpriced too. Food tasty but simple.

The restaurant called one hour before the reservation and told us they had to cancel. This was after my reservation was confirmed
