The management in particular Cesar did not respond to the issues with our reservations and the service levels. A full drink was removed from our table and his answer was that we should have taken it with us to dance. Then he suggested I should not return to their restaurant

The server forgot about us a few times and the food came out in the wrong order. It’s a shame because the food and drinks were great.

I had read online that service was definitely an issue in this place. Some family recently visited and gave positive reviews on the food. We had made a reservation and when we arrived, the only tables available were out on the patio. That’s fine except it had rained all day and everything was wet. No one offered to wipe anything down and I had to go get my own napkins and wipe off the chairs in the table for my guests. We immediately ordered drinks upon seating. It took them 20 minutes to bring out a couple of cocktails. We ordered everything appetizers and meal together. My initial concern was that they would bring it all out at once. In hindsight that would’ve been better the appetizers came out after another 20 or 30 minutes, everything was cold. It took another hour for dinner to come out. Fortunately it was hot. Not bad just oversalted. While we were deciding on whether or not we wanted to dessert it started to rain again and dinner was over. I think they need significantly more staff. Food runners, table bussers and support staff. There are way too many local Peruvian restaurants that are far better. We won’t be going back.

We got there on Wednesday night for dinner with a client. The experience was horrible. There was 3 waitress and we were a party of 4. Every time we were raising our hand we were ignored and the one of the ladies even gave us side eye. Ultimately we decided to leave and food was not good at all. I always love to come to this restaurant but after that experience I am not planning to come back.

The food was excellent, the plates were very well made and tasteful. However, the service staff was attentive but untrained. It was not there fault, I think they need training on how/when take the order and change plates. will give a second try

The food and the ambience is great. There was live music and an overall good atmosphere. The only issue is our waiter pretty much forgot about our table so it took nearly 30mins just to get any type of service (i.e order another drink, dessert, etc.). It was easier just paying the bill and grabbing drinks elsewhere

Went for happy hour. Drinks fabulous, appetizers decent! Usually Salsa & Merengue via a DJ. Good Vybes.
