Overall, this wasn't a bad experience, just wasn't as good as we hoped. The service was great, and our server Berken was wonderful. To start, we were there for an occasion (which we noted), and were surprised by the photographer who asked to take our picture and provide us with a photo. We complied, a little put off but not too worried. She came back with photos in frames, and when we asked questions we were only told they were $22 each. She made no mention of the purchase until we asked what was needed because she just waited expectantly. That entire exchange put us off before we even got them meal. Also, the food was not great. We started with the calamari and shrimp - not bad but not extravagant. Then we got a Caesar salad to share - which was pretty good. However, the dinner was not impressive. We got the chef special, and the lobster was overcooked, the steak under seasoned. The best part was the crab - the cheapest part of the dish. Between the photographer and the dishes not being as good as we expected given the prices we paid, we likely will not go back and would not encourage others we know to give it a try.

Absolutely incredible experience plus the food was incredible. We had a small issue at the beginning of our meal. The manager, Hilario, came over and quickly apologized and corrected the issue. Our server was so attentive and kind. He took great care of us and made sure we were satisfied. The manager came over at the end of our meal and apologized again. Amazing service. I highly recommend this steakhouse.

My mother and I were really looking forward to dining at Liam’s Steakhouse, but unfortunately, this place did not live up to the hype. We both ordered the Gulf Red Snapper, which was supposed to come blackened, topped with crawfish butter, and served with dirty rice and a vegetable medley. Sounds great, right? Well, what we got was completely different—and not in a good way. Instead, we were served snapper with undercooked shrimp (not even mentioned in the description), a twice-baked potato that was clearly reheated from the night before, and raw, unseasoned vegetables. It was as if they threw together whatever leftovers they had in the kitchen. No crawfish butter. No dirty rice. No explanation. Our server couldn’t have cared less. No heads-up about any substitutions or changes to the dish, and no apology when the food was clearly not what was advertised. Menus can change—I get that—but the website and paper menu both listed the original description. If you’ve changed the ingredients or run out, it’s basic courtesy to inform the guest before serving a plate of randomness, not after. The cocktails were just as unimpressive and forgettable. Overall, the entire experience felt lazy and careless. Won’t be back, and definitely won’t recommend.

When we arrived they took forever to seat us and the place wreaked of sewage … they started off the experience by trying to put us in a small table in the middle of a family party . When we asked to have a booth instead they sat us and it took 20 minutes before the waiter showed up . He ( Eric) only asked about water, then came back with the bottle and my husband had to fill our glasses because the waiter did not . We had to advise the waiter we wanted cocktails and was never asked proactively. When we got them another 20 minutes later the glasses smelled like they were not cleaned properly. The salad we ordered was drenched in dressing and made it hard to enjoy . The Crabcake was not edible . For main course we ordered a filet which came out undercooked and I’m not sure how you mess up a steak but I took one bite and it was unfit to eat . While sitting there we watched another female waitress walk by whose hair was in the baked potatoe for another table . To end this awful experience, the waiter comes and takes my sweet potatoe fries without asking if I was done ( the only thing edible) . On top of everything when I reserved this place I advised we were there for a special occasion for my husband and nothing was ever said or done. The bill was $200.00 and we could have had a better meal at Chili’s. Whoever is being paid for the writing false reviews for this place should be ashamed of themselves . I will not be coming back .

Our experience here was just not great for how much it cost ($200+ for two people). To start, it was dark and a touch hard to see, and for not being that busy, it was hard to hear our waiters and we had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times. When our meal started, we were asked if we wanted still or sparkling water. We asked for still, assuming we’d be brought standard tap water. Instead, we were brought a bottle of still for the table. We assumed this was just their practice until about halfway through our meal, we noticed other waiters filling other patrons’ glasses with tap water. It felt like they scammed us into an $11 bottle of water that we wouldn’t have ordered had we been properly presented our options. For our steaks, one of us order a ribeye and is fairly certain were served a strip steak, and then the other order a filet medium and it was rare. It was so dark in the restaurant though, it was hard to tell at first how rare it was after being asked by the wait service to cut our steaks at the beginning of our meal to check if it was cooked properly. We also found it odd that there was a photographer going around and taking pictures of tables and then presenting framed pictures for money. I don’t think I’ve ever seen something like this in a restaurant that wasn’t a tourist trap or on a cruise ship. Overall, this place was a disappointment for how expensive of a meal it was. I have to imagine if you’re looking for a fairly nice steakhouse in Dallas, there are a lot of better options. Maybe we caught them on a bad night, but I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Overall experience was great. The food and drinks were on point, the ambiance set a casual mood, and our waiter was very attentive. Fantastic steakhouse in Dallas that's perfect for stopping to eat at before an event at the AAC.

We ended up just having drinks and leaving. There is a horrible sewage smell in the restaurant. Very sad because it was a beautiful restaurant. It seemed like they were trying to drown out the sewage smell with a gallon of Febreeze. If they get the plumbing fixed, it will definitely be a great place to go. We couldn’t eat there, so I can’t say if the food was good.
