   Went for Mother’s Day Brunch. First time here, it was a very pretty dining room…my wife loved it. They had a buffet that was very good with a nice variety of food, desserts, fruit, etc. My wife and kids loved the variety of teas they offered and the service and staff were extremely attentive and very nice. Will go back when we can order off the standard menu. But it made for a really nice Mother’s Day with our family.

   What an absolute unorganized chaos! SLOW service! Food and tea were good but nothing special. I went with my daughter (4yrs). I got my pot of tea 40 minutes after being seated. My daughter received her after 80 minutes! And that was after I asked the waitress where her tea was which is when she informed me they were out! Why wouldn’t you inform me earlier!!! I consistently had to flag down the waitress for things because not once did she check in on us! We finally received our food after 2 hours! Mind you, per their website, the time allotted is 90 minutes. At that point, I still hadn’t receive my second tea so again I had to flag down the waitress to ask about the status and to get it to go! Also, this year they added on mandatory 20% gratuity. Shouldn’t that have been up to the discretion of customer?

   I was so excited to take my mom for Mother's Day treat. We had a 1 o'clock reservation. No greeted us for 10 minutes once we were seated it took an hour to get a salad and tea. The Weight staff told us that one of the cooks called in which I totally understand but I don't understand what would take an hour for salad and tea then we had to wait another 40 minutes before we received our sandwiches and soup. We were there from 1 o'clock until.3:30 which is an excusable our waitress did give us 15% off and she kept apologizing and I know it wasn't her fault I think they need a training class for staff and how to run a restaurant.

   We went for the Mother’s Day High Tea and the whole experience was nice, organized and fun! The atmosphere was elegant and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only the parking was a bit difficult.

   This was our first time coming and it was just an amazing experience with my daughters and sister. The staff were amazing and the food and tea were delicious. The atmosphere was so nice too. We would definitely come back.

   I was very excited to bring my mom and daughter to Lily’s and Elise the Sunday prior to Mother’s Day to celebrate! The inside is gorgeous and quaint. The house does not hold many people. We had made a reservation with the package that we would like a month before. We waited 40 minutes to receive our tea, and an hour to receive our food after ordering. There were five staff working, but they acted unorganized and not prepared for the amount of people at the tea house. We finally after being there almost two hours, asked for our last tea to go. We were ready to leave. Will not return.

   My mother, teenage daughter and I all truly enjoyed our high tea this afternoon. The food was delicious, the space very cute, and the service warm. I will definitely return!

    Beautiful venue and wonderful place to celebrate my birthday with family. I was most impressed by the servers and attention to detail. I'd love to return soon!
