Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

    This is one of our favorite restaurants on the island. Food is consistently delicious and the service is very friendly and helpful in picking out dishes. The only issue this visit was we were seated about 30 minutes after our reservation and there was a mix up with where we would be seated. This restaurant is busy so we completely understood the delay and the amazing food is well worth the wait. The pork chop, ceviche, and French toast are not to be missed.

    I can’t say enough about how delicious the food was and they were very accommodating to my son’s food allergies. Tremendous experience, we will be back.

    Service was excellent… very friendly staff. Appetizers (tuna tartare and crudo in particular) and the panna cotta were exceptional. The main steaks were good.. not great, but what they came with was great. Overall, very happy…. Good value for the price.

    One of the best dining experiences. The fish was fresh and perfect, the short ribs and steak amazing. All the flavors were delicious. Now One of my favorite restaurants !
