   I’ve been many times but this visit was very disappointing. One of the things I love the most about Little Alley is the char on the wet aged with a juicy center. Last night the steaks did not have a char and just wasn’t the experience we normally have. I ordered my steak medium and it came almost rare. However the lobster mac, crab potato and Brussels were amazing as usual. The muddled mission and old fashioned were perfect. Our server was AMAZING!!! I understand all restaurants have off days…. Lastnight was just one of them days for my family and I.

   Little Alley Steak has amazing food. Our two servers were great. Amber had amazing Customer service. I can’t recall our other servers name but really enjoyed how he explained the menu. He was very knowledgeable about their offerings. The drinks were also amazing. The only issue we had was there was a piece of hair on my plate of steak. This dish was not brought out by our two main servers so we did not hold this angainst them but it is the reason for our overall score being a lot lower then we wanted to give. Overall we understand that mistakes happen but that is a huge no no. Especially in fine dining.

   First time at this location and it did not disappoint. Same great food and service as the Roswell location. You will no be disappointed.

   I visit Lil Alley Steakhouse quite frequently, but unfortunately, this experience fell short due to the service. I ordered two appetizers, one to start and the other as my main dish, which I clearly communicated when ordering, as I usually do. When the appetizer didn't arrive with the others, I brought it up to the waitress. She responded by claiming I hadn’t specified how I wanted it, suggesting that I might have been confused. As a regular, I know exactly how to place my order, and her dismissiveness was frustrating. I decided to cancel the appetizer, but when I informed her, she told me it would be ready in 5 to 7 minutes. I insisted on canceling it, and she simply walked away. It took another 15 minutes before our order arrived. While the food was, as always, excellent, the service on this occasion was disappointing and not the standard I’ve come to expect from Lil Alley.

   Waitstaff generally helpful, however this seemed intentionally compensatory for our waitress who was rude, impatient, and largely inattentive. All responses to my date were delivered with attitude and condescending comments were levied when we asked for recommendations. Neither the food nor the atmosphere justified this level of snobbery. We will not be back and have advised friends not to dine here.

   Had a 4 top reservation set for brunch before going to The Fox for "Twas the night before Xmas" Arrived a few minutes early. Nice valet guy and greeters at the door. Host tried to put us in a tight table between other occupied tables. Before we sat down, we asked to be moved to another area where there was more room. After a few minutes, they offered us a booth in the bar area. Very cool bar area. Sat down and a few minutes later our server came by. She introduced herself, and asked about water preferences. 3 tap and 1 Pellagrino. After 10 minutes, we finally had a young man come by and pour water; no sparkling with him. 5 minutes later we were waiting to order cocktails; no server back yet. One of the folks at our table went to the bar to order drinks and the other went to see what happened to our server. The bartender came to the table and took our order for cocktails. The server finally came back and made some suggestions for our meals and took our orders. Everything went great after that. Not sure if she was overloaded when we got there. Food was great. We all had different meals and not a complaint. The Brussel Sprouts were outstanding. Great wine selection. Beautiful restaurant. Great Manager. Will be back.

   We appreciated the fine service and comfortable atmosphere of LAS, and the dessert was quite good; however, the steaks were quite average, both in terms of cut and quality.

   Everything was nice except for the location of our seats. First table in front of the door is brutal in during cold weather. Me and my wife had to keep our coats on. Busy night so I didn’t want to ask to be reseated.

From the moment we sat down, Jason was incredibly attentive, ensuring our every need was met without being intrusive. His knowledge of the menu and wine pairings was impressive—he guided us through our selections with genuine care and expertise. Every recommendation he made was spot on, and his professionalism and warm demeanor added a personal touch to our evening.
