   What a DELICIOUS meal I had on Friday night at Little Ruby's. It was quite busy at 6:15pm, and I now know why - the food and service were GREAT. I'd definitely recommend making a reservation since it seems like it's busy all the time. We had salads for dinner and the brussel sprouts appetizer, all was so tasty!

   The food was amazing (especially their truffle fries & calamari starter). Servers were quick, very busy! Music was super loud downstairs, but other than that, 10/10 restaurant!!

   We had to wait half an hour for our 8pm reservation that was made weeks ago because ‘a late group reservation pushed out all the single tables’. Instead of prioritizing us when we were already there before that group arrived, they made us wait embarrased at the door like we were just walk-ins. And then thinking that a free appatizer will fix that experience. After that they even put the appetizer on the bill, probably hoping we wouldnt notice and pay for it. Thanks Ruby!

   I made a reservation for 7:45 they made us stand and wait for so long. We were seated closer to 8:15

   Great place! Packed, happy staff, great food, moderate prices. Only drawback was it was cold in that atrium.

   Loved little rubys. The service was good and our server Sam A. was really sweet. We got the food quickly and it was amazing. I had the Italian sausage pasta and my friend had the steak. We enjoyed our experience and would definitely come here again.

   Tables were a little too close to each other but I guess that's NYC. The waitress we had was wonderful.

   I have been here a few times and every other time was perfect. unfortunately this time it wasn’t as great. i had made a reservation for my niece’s birthday for brunch and we were running about 15 minutes late. i tried calling the number on google and it seemed like it was a older number, finally after searching them up on instagram i found the right number and they sent me to voicemail. eventually when we got there i let them know i called and was sent to voicemail and nothing was said about it. they were busy so i get it but aren’t you suppose to answer phone calls? after waiting 30 minutes we finally got seated. the server was nice. service was ok. the manager checked up on us more then the server did. the server was able to communicate with my mom who spoke spanish so that was a plus i guess. overall the experience wasn’t what i wanted for my niece’s birthday brunch.
