We have dined at Locale Aurora many times and it’s always a good experience. Last night we had to eat at the bar. They offered us a seat upstairs when it became available but the noise level is higher upstairs and we had settled in nicely at the bar. Food was really good except the dessert. The donuts were heavy and looked and tasted like they weren’t fresh. Besides that, the rest of our meal was hot and delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend you try this restaurant.

We really like Locale. The only negative thing we would say is that it quite often feels rushed. When you order an appetizer there ls little time to relax and enjoy it before before your meal arrives.

I had requested the front room as it tends to be less noisy. However, it was very cold, so next time unless it is summer, I would not request that room with its high ceilings.

We sat at the bar and were served by John, we had a lovely time and John told us about his custom winter cocktail and the inspiration behind it . He was clearly very passionate about his craft so we couldn’t resist trying it out. It was phenomenal- one of the best cocktails we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the Smokey negroni inspired cocktail! Thank you John!

Me and my girlfriend enjoy locale often and every time we are impressed by the service, food and ambience. Last night we took my family with us and they enjoyed just as much as we do, maybe even more. Always consistent, with such a flavourful menu.
