   We had a great early Valentine celebration. Staff tried their best our waiter in particular. Would recommend to add one more to avoid them to run and rush to serve everyone Overall we had a great time.

   Service was pretty slow for drinks and they were overpriced (£9 for an ale). Food was decent.

   We had a fabulous experience in the dome! They made it really special for us for our anniversary! Chris took care of us with an amazing and professional service throughout our dinner! The food was delicious but portion size could be better for the starters. Mains were amazing! The highlight was the dessert coconut pannacotta ! Loved everything about the evening

   Lovely birthday dinner, we ate outside on the pods and it was lovely. The staff and the food were fantastic. Thank you!

   I booked a dome for my husbands birthday whilst we was in london, the garden is lovely and they had decorated the dome with flowers, ballons and lights, it looked wonderful. We picked the coldest night to go but the heater was on so it was a little chilly but did not spoil the night. We had the farmers grill sharer which was cooked to perfection and enough for the two of us, staff were friendly and attentive even though they had to come out in the rain to serve us. Thank you all, we had a great night and will be back

   Perfect place for our family to dine on New Year’s Eve. They walked us out to the gardens. It was a blustery day but safe and warm inside of the pods. Dinner was brilliant! The Farmers table was a great choice - very large servings! The service was impressive.

   Let’s start with the good points: Ambience was very cosy, we had a very nice waiter and overall the food was ok. The let downs: Service, We had booked for the Dome experience. When we arrived the Manager told us that we had booked for an outside seating under the umbrellas which are heated. After a long back and fourth and him checking on his phone it became apparent we had booked a Dome and it was a mistake in their booking system for which he blamed guests not understanding their website correctly. We insisted to be seated for the booked experience and he rudely snapped back at us saying wait a few minutes I come back and see what I can do. We were then seated in one of the Domes which he had cleared in light speed for us. Of course the Dome wasn‘t setup to any standard a restaurant should offer. To highlight a few: dirty napkins from the previous seating under the table, dirty water glasses, crumps of bread and leftovers of food under the table. We do all understand that on Christmas Day restaurants are under enormous pressure and probably I wouldn’t write any review if the Manager wouldn’t have been that rude in the beginning. He lacks any form of etiquette or customer service you would expect. However when you are charging premium prices you should be able to offer a premium service which clearly isn’t the case here. Food: Starters were good, Main Course arrived stone cold, Main Courses had different side dishes so I assume some simple had been forgotten on some plates, Deserts came one by one and when out of our party most were finished the last desert arrived 15 minutes too late. Overall the rude behaviour of the Manager set the tone for the evening and tarnished our experience from the get go. Massively let down for what supposed to be a memorable Christmas Day Dinner. Not to mention the special occasion mentioned hadn’t been noticed by any means.
