With good tidings and plenty of cheer, we're serving up a seasonal menu inspired by a scorching Aussie Christmas in the sun, with sips to match. Think Coffs Harbour tiger prawn crudo, with sambal, prawn chips, pickled Jervis Bay mussels, with John Dory tarama and fennel, and grilled to perfection, dry-aged Byron Bay Borrowdale pork chop, dripping in Native Xmas glaze, served with BBQ pineapple. Our classic burnt Aussie pavlova, fresh mango, strawberry gum chantilly, mango sorbet is the festive finish you've been waiting for.     The most memorable meal we have had in a long time paired with warm and attentive service. It was our anniversary and the staff made our evening particularly special, including by offering us complimentary champagne and wine (both of which were stunning). Thank you and we look forward to returning soon.

    We had a lovely experience at Longshore for my husband's birthday. The service was exceptional as all staff went above and beyond. Braith's knowledge of wines was a highlight. We will be back.

    Service was excellent and attentive. Food was all very good especially the prawn dishes. Only dish we didn't like was the steak which was a bit rare and chewy.
