   Our service was phenomenal, and it was a delight to see how L’Oro di Napoli transformed the space/building. The menu was dine, and the food was decent.

   The service at this restaurant was amazing. Our server, Nevan, was unusually skilled at reading, herbal and nonverbal cues and acting on them in a polite non-intrusive way. This is an art rather than a science, and he has mastered it. We love the food, especially the pizza and most especially the Porchetta and potato pizza. The calamari was unusual and that it was served with potato chips and onion strings and zucchini pieces as well. I think the onion strings were too broken up and therefore didn’t add to the dish.

   The food was very good but the noise level was deafening, so much so that we wouldn't go back although we might order food to take home. Also, they didn't have any alternative to cow cheese, whether from sheep or goats, or vegan cheese, so that we had to make a special request for goat cheese from the charcuterie board. Many restaurants nowadays know better how to deal with lactose intolerance.

   Waited 20 minutes past our reservation. Kitchen seemed overwhelmed as our main courses were delivered in stages to our party of four, and at least one of the meals was cold. Might be they are still finding their feet since opened relatively recently. Food was okay, but not so great we feel compelled to try again with so many other better options in town.

   Loved it!! Fabulous food! Fabulous waitress! She was fun and knowledgeable… just the best, and I am I hospitality. Loved our Italian wine. But one issue was the noise level was huge. It was very difficult to hear. We will certainly be back, but will have to figure out how to hear 😳.

   L'Oro Di Napoli did not disappoint! The mushroom pizza and Mista salad were our favorites. The staff were friendly and the overall ambiance was enjoyable. Definitely worth a try!

   We’d been waiting to try this new restaurant in our town, and chose our daughter’s bday to celebrate. Food And service was great Unfortunately we were put upstairs, a room which holds @5 tables and looks like the private party room/wine storage room. I made a reservation well in advance and wanted seating downstairs where all the action is. For some , the quieter upstairs area may work well, but we wanted the lively fun main floor experience. There was also a strange room deodorizing smell being omitted regularly by our table, maybe a bathroom behind the wall? We will try again, but do request downstairs if you want a fun experience

    Service staff is not well trained. Staff walks by without checking in or removing dirty plates. Only one person seemed to be sensitive to the customer and he was doing all the work. Our waiter, Allessio had a little attitude but in all fairness I think he had too many tables to attend to. So noisy to the point of painful..... they really need to address the sounds issue ASAP. Pizza was not done. Wet on the bottom. Corkage fee of $25 was very fair and appreciated. Beet salad was very good.
