This was the first time using open table. It was very easy to use. Will definitely use this app again. The pizza at Lou’s was delicious. The staff there was amazing.

It was unfortunate how cold our food was when it was served. Not only did we wait 50 minutes to be served our food but it wasn’t as promised. Bad experience

We had a great time time even though it took a very long time to get our food, despite putting the order in when the restaurant was not too busy. Nevertheless, the food was delicious.
