   We were not impressed. We had a reservation for 7:15. I called the day before to ask if we could order early, knowing that the deep dish pizza can take a long time. I was told to order ahead through the app, put a note in the “special instructions” area letting staff know that we’d be dining in. I informed the hostess that we had done this, she said they would print a ticket and let our server know. We didn’t get seated until almost 7:45. Our server got my name, I asked if he needed the order number and he said no, to find our order and took our drink orders. He came back to get the order number because he said he couldn’t find it. He came back again to ask what we ordered became he still couldn’t find it. THEN he finally came back with our drinks. The table next to us had ordered and was already eating by the time we got our drinks. The server said he’d put in an order of bread because we were waiting so long. Finally we got our pizza (it was barely warm) and then the bread. We spoke to a manager and asked what happened, all he could say was that this happened sometimes. We asked for a discount, but because we paid on the app, he said he would look into it. Basically, with pizza and drinks (beer/wine), we paid $200 for cold pizza and a really long wait.

   Food was meh…server was nice but overwhelmed. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills, boxes, etc.

   We had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation to be seated, but the restaurant wasn't even full. The sauce on our deep dish pizza was cold and the deep dish cookie was very thin- the dessert was basically ice cream. Overall just an okay experience.

   Great! Took my family here. Pre ordered the pizza and it was perfect. Two large pizzas was the perfect amount for 8!

   Excellent food and service. Ordering ahead was a great option so we didn’t have much of a wait for our food. I wish I could remember our server’s name because she was very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this spot!

    Likely not go again , maybe this was just a location issue. Preordered pizza as requested… pizza came out before drinks, apps… forgot our salads. The only item that came fast was our bill.
