We can always count on a nice dining experience at Lou's. Even though it was Valentine's Day busy, the food was good and our server attentive.

Great experience dining in the West Loop. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was new, clean and had a great ambiance. Noise level was perfect. Definitely a great spot to have a nice dinner with some tasty pizza!

Nobody acknowledged us about our anniversary. And our waiter barely came to our table all night. Other staff members were basically the ones taking care of us all night even though it wasn’t their responsibility

Visited Lou Malnati's on Randolph and had a very nice dining experience. We tried both the deep dish and the sausage, mushroom, and cheese thin crust. The deep dish was everything you'd expect from Chicago's finest, with a perfectly crispy crust and layers of delicious, gooey cheese and savory sausage. The thin crust was equally delightful, with a great balance of flavors from the toppings. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to indulge in some top-notch pizza!

Thin crust took 30 min to come out and it was too long of a wait for me as we have two small children. Their salad was excellent though

Modern and casual Lou's location. We went here to have a first taste of Chicago's deep dish. We got medium pepperoni and sausage deep dish which yielded us leftovers for days. It kept well. Cheese pull 7/10 but great taste. Sauce was flavorful as well. We accompanied our za with cheesy garlic bread + ranch.
