   Louisiana Purchase has a cozy patio area that was a nice spot for a date with my wife. They put a great Cajun spin on some classics like chicken wings with a crawfish etoufee sauce and delectable fried catfish with tangy and creamy dipping sauces. Garlic butter biscuits are a must try and were a highlight, too!

   I don’t think the oxtail Rasta pasta was oxtails… it seemed more like a roast, but the flavor was excellent. The old fashion and the espresso drink were weak, and too expensive to be that weak. The catfish was a bit salty. Although these were all seem like negatives, overall the food was really good. The atmosphere was nice, the mock tails were delicious, and I would be back. Oh and The shrimp was grilled to PERFECTION!

   Came here with a few colleagues to enjoy a creole infused experience. The Catfish and Lobster Mac are so delicious! They were out of a couple items when we dined but overall the experience was still fantastic. Definitely recommended dining here.

   Best meal we’ve had in a long time. Luckily we had reservations for Valentines weekend because by 6pm Saturday night the hostess said they were no longer taking walk-ins. The restaurant is small and cozy with good music choice (90s rap and r&b). We ordered the lemon pepper wet wings, acme oysters, biscuits, dooky chase with Gouda mac n cheese, gumbo, and gooey butter cake. Everything was fantastic, absolutely delicious. I was initially bummed when our waiter said they were out of the gumbo, but a few minutes later a manager, Tanesha, stopped by and offered to bring us a small bowl if it came back on the menu because they had paused serving it due to quality. I was so excited when our main dishes arrived and my bowl of gumbo was there- perfect amount of spice and so flavorful. I want to mention again how above and beyond Tanesha went not only with us, but with other parties.

   Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! We felt really valued here by the staff and the food was amazing. The hostess stopped by to let us know that customers like us are who makes their day good. That meant a lot. We will be back. Can’t wait until they make their way north.

   We had reservations for 9:45 and the closed at 10. We got there at 10 and they still took us. We talked laughed and had a great time without being rushed even though they were closed. Our waiter was so sweet and patient and still helped us like they had just opened. The setup was really cute and a nice vibe. I will forsure come back!!
