Located in a historical home in the resort town of Dana Point, California, Luciana's Ristorante has been serving the Orange County community for over 40 years. The decor is reminiscent of a cozy European-style inn, establishing it as one of Orange County's most romantic restaurants. Awarded the Southern California Restaurant Writers gold medal since 1996, three stars from the California Restaurant Writers, Zagat's Survey "America’s 1,000 Top Italian Restaurants 2008" and an Award of Excellence for its wine list, Luciana's has been setting the standard for classic as well as innovative Italian cuisine.     Everything from the beginning to the end was fantastic. Really loved our waiter Francesco. We will definitely be back. Had a wonderful experience and everybody was incredibly great.

    Wow! What a lovely restaurant. The prices kind of blew me away. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price point was. Everything that the table ordered was expertly crafted and so tasty. We shared a bottle of wine that was recommended by the sommelier and it paired so well with the entire meal. Don’t skip out on dessert! The special that day was the pineapple cheesecake, so different but so yummy. We also enjoyed the espresso and affogato. The espresso was delicious and super strong. There was live music the evening that we went. A woman was playing Christmas classics on the accordion. We loved it. The staff was helpful, attentive, and swift. 10/10 will be there again.

    Love this place. Drive 25 miles to eat here regularly because it’s my favorite restaurant in Orange County.

    We are locals and eat here quite often. However on our last visit the service wasn’t up to their usual standards. Our server was perfectly nice but he obviously had too many tables. Luciana’s needs to have more staff available for the holiday season.

    I really enjoy this restaurant!! Ambience nice and it makes it very comfortable. The food excellent. My waiter Francesco you will be very lucky if he was you waiter Very nice and helpful!! I would come back several times

    Started off a little rough with table not being ready and being told we couldn’t park in the street due to Take out Orders but once seated it was fantastic! 10/10!
