   We travelled across London to visit this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend, but unfortunately, our experience was thoroughly disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the staff appeared completely disorganised. Our waiter looked dishevelled, as though he’d turned up after a heavy night out—bloodshot eyes and an inability to focus on what we were saying. Every time we ordered something from the menu, he seemed confused, asked us to point to it, and then lost interest, gazing around the room instead of paying attention to us. We ordered cocktails and water, but once we’d finished them, no one came to offer refills or check on us. It felt as though we were completely forgotten. We asked for our garlic bread and mozzarella starter to arrive with the mains, but it didn’t. When the bread eventually came, it was just plain warm bread—no trace of garlic. We called over a waitress to explain, and she simply removed the dish, saying she’d let the kitchen know. There was no further communication until ten minutes later, when another garlic bread arrived—again as a starter. This time it had a slight garlic flavour but still no mozzarella. By this point, we’d given up trying to enjoy it. To make matters worse, the staff waited until we’d finished the bread to bring our mains, and they removed the leftover bread from the table without leaving it for us to finish. The mains themselves were decent, but by then, the overall experience had soured any chance of us appreciating them. We still hadn’t been offered more drinks or checked on during the meal. Finally, it took us ten minutes to flag someone down to pay, only to find a £17 service charge had been added to our bill. We paid but received no “thank you” or inquiry about how our meal was—just a complete lack of basic courtesy or personality. Overall, we left feeling thoroughly unimpressed and will not be returning.

   Really nice comfortable restaurant with good table service.We both had lasagne which was very nice although a tad well done on the top.

   There was a horrible draft where we were sitting. When i asked if we could move they said no. But then 3 other couples who also felt the draft asked to move and they were all moved right away. Im not sure what it was about myself they chose to refuse but it ruined my experience.

   It was rather underwhelming for the beginning to the end. The Restaurant was really busy and clearly understaffed, I saw a person swearing as he was leaving after an altercation with a staff member. The first thing we were told the second we sat down was the the table was booked for 1hr and 45mins, I found this to be rather rude rather than welcoming us into the table first. After all we spent good money while we were there. The main meals took an hour to arrive, my pizza with friarielli was not seasoned and the sausages were definitely not Italian sausages, more like some second hand sausages from a German xmas market I'm Italian myself, I booked the Restaurant because it was my son's 18th birthday and I wanted to make sure he would have a good experience. This was definitely not the case. Last but not least even the toilets were dirty. Not impressed at all!

    Xmas lunch with a friend. We were given a warm welcome. Disappointed we could not place our coats at the coat check as it was full but the restaurant wasn’t! Fortunately we could place them on a shelf behind the bench style seating at the window we were seated at. The food was wonderful, full of flavour and very tasty. We had a sharing starter and a main course which happily left us too full for a pudding! We were not rushed and the waiters gave us plenty of time to decide menu options and replenished our wine as and when needed.
