   We went to Lucky Cat to celebrate a 50th birthday. We had travelled from Glasgow to London so we had high expectations. We had the Bottomless Brunch. I had alerted the restaurant to the fact that we were celebrating a birthday and also that 2 of our party didn't like prosecco. When we arrived, I checked that our message was received, which it was. Our 2 non-prosecco drinking friends had red wine. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious. Our birthday girl had a lovely surprise piece of delicious cake provided by the restaurant at no extra charge. We sat for 3 hours and had a wonderfully memorable day. Thanks to all the staff for making it so special :)

   The food was excellent, however we were let down by the substandard service. 1) We had to ask for our drinks order to be taken - then the waitress left without taking the full order (having taken only 3 of the 4 drinks orders) 2) Drinks arrived at different times - for a high quality restaurant like Lucky Cat, you would expect all drinks to arrive at the same time - and the drinks were mixed up (I got my husband's drink). We then had to ask for more drinks once our glasses were empty (rather than the waitress asking us if we wanted anything else). Then the wrong drinks were given to us. 3) Our empty plates were left on the table (I had to ask for them to be cleared), and then our waitress started clearing plates we were still eating from. 4) The waitress did not know what the vegetarian options on the menu were. 5) We asked specifically for the vegetarian version of egg fried rice (as our daughter is vegetarian), however the rice came with tuna flakes so we had to send it back 6) We had to order our desserts and then our final bill from a different staff member as our waitress was nowhere to be seen Very, very disappointing service from a Gordon Ramsey restaurant.

   Simply menu and high quality products, drinks on the high side priced, over nice but 350 gbp for two is much, no real value for this price

   We m a lovely restaurant to celebrate a birthday, where the concept is sharing small plates. The food was good, and they were careful with accommodating someone with an allergy. However, our experience was mixed. The drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive, and we waited much longer than expected for the bao buns. They mistakenly brought duck buns instead of the tofu ones we ordered for a vegetarian guest, despite confirming the vegetarian options earlier. We chose not to have the duck, and after requesting it, the dish was removed from the bill. While the restaurant was busy with only one waitress in our section, the food and service didn’t quite match the price, though it could have just been an off night.

   The food was and service cannot be faulted. They were very accommodating at Lucky Cat and the waitress offered many different recommendations. The only thing is I am not used to having such loud music at a dining experience however did get used to it so it didn't bother us as much as I thought it would. Great decor

   Food , service, settings , everything is very very good! We expect to pay a premium in Mayfair, but the value ain’t no good. It’s just not worth the money. But it’s very very good

    My second visit here and I thought the food was really unique and delicious. My favourites were the tuna tartare, the Korean chicken (GFC) and the egg fried rice. We had really attentive and friendly service from everyone. The ambience and background music are really chilled and cool. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
