   Very cool restaurant. Food was good. Desserts were good. Drinks were good. Our part of four enjoyed our meals. Our main issue was that we booked a reservation, but we had to wait 30 minutes past our reservation for be seated. We booked glass blowing at The Glass Asylum next door for 2 hours after our dinner reservation, so being seated late made us late for that appointment. We thought booking 2 hours for dinner for 4 people would give us plenty of time, but not if we get seated 30 mins late.

   The “M - Italian is one of my Favorite Restaurant in Chagrin Falls. Food, Service and Atmosphere is Fantastic !!

   Salads and Pizza is very good here. Atmosphere could be better. Just seems small and crowded. Front porch, even though it’s enclosed, just looks cold in February. Sat outside once and table and chairs were very flimsy. Rocking back and forth with the table so small that they couldn’t even fit the food on it without using the table across from us. This was the table for two. Never again for the outside spots.

   Food is always wonderful and the service is great. Though a bit farther for us, it is always a treat to enjoy dinner here. Selections have something for anyone. Would highly recommend.

   I had reservations & I understood there may be a wait time because it was Valentine's Day but we were actually sat on time. The issue was when the waitress walked up and said follow me she took us outside to this other building and sat us down. We made reservations to be able to sit and enjoy the complete ambiance of the restaurant. This room was so packed together we were literally on top of the couple next to us. A candle with no more wax was on the table, no music, no TVs nothing it literally looked like a warehouse. Then a waitress comes up introduced herself and out of no where another waitress walks up and starts telling her off for taking her table. Then they get their situation together asks would we like bread we said yes. She's comes back 10 mins later I'm sorry we're out of bread for the night. I say can we just order salads and our food. Salads came they were good. Then maybe 20 mins later our food comes. I order chicken Parmesan and my chicken was burnt. I tried to push through but i couldn't. My date order chicken Marsala and never in my life have I seen a piece of chicken with literally a glob of dark brown I want to say gravy just plopped on top. We both tried to just eat because it was late and we were hungry but neither of us could take it anymore we asked for the check paid and left. The only part of the experience that was very nice and pleasing was the Valet attendees. They were very nice & welcoming and we all even had a good laugh while waiting on our car. They were the only great part of the night.

   Unfortunately I believe they were overbooked and we were placed in a banquet room for our dinner. Staff appeared frustrated and stressed, I do think things could have been handled better by the hosts not much interaction with guests. Not the vibe we had been looking for on Valentine’s Day. We’ve been here before so will probably return when it’s not a holiday.
