   Today was a special event, as a mother of one of my colleagues was in the states for her very first time. We shared three dishes; the avocado toast, Caesar salad and margarita pizza. The restaurant kindly divided the avocado toast in the kitchen so we could share all of the meals. The avocado toast was delicious ! Perfectly cooked egg either a runny yolk, well seasoned avocado spread, with a perfect little side salad. The Caesar was expertly dressed/ seasoned and the Marguerite’s pizza was also good . Service was patient, kind and expertly handled ! Very pleased we could entertain in a venue that offered great service, food and hospitality.

   Went to M Italian to celebrate a Powerlifting Championship, as this is our go to spot for any celebratory reasons! We always request Titus’ section because we know the service will be great, but also the conversation! He always provides the best menu recommendations and as always, the carrot cake. Look forward to coming back again for a great dinner.

   We’ve been to M Italian more than 150 times since they opened. This is the worst experience we’ve had there so far. My glass of Paso Robles Cab was off. Service was slow and it took more than 25 minutes for our entrees to get there. My dinner was horrible…Pesto with zoodles. It was a bowl of watery sauce with no cheese. I ate it because I had not had anything all day and was starving, and the server never bothered to check how it was. I never saw a manager in the dining room either to speak with. At the end of the meal, I told the server how bad my meal was and she laughed, handed me the check/took payment, said “I thought there was something wrong based on how you reacted getting the check”., and just walked away. That’s all she said and I and my wife were dumbfounded. As we left, I asked to talk to the manager. He seemed to have cared less. We will never be back to M Italian and we’ll have a hard time gearing up to go to JoJo’s anymore either. They lost a great customer last night.

   Menu and food and cocktails are very good. Highly recommend the salmon. Service has always been excellent. The atmosphere is nice. During various busy times it can be a bit cramped and very noisy.

   M Italian never fails to impress me! The staff, ambience and food. Particularly the server Ariana V. Every time I see her she has a smile on her face. The last time I was here with my family she took care of us, I am now going to ask for her every time! She is attentive, nice, and knew what we would need before we even knew! The food was amazing as always, we will be back!

   Went to dinner for my birthday on Friday and received horrible service from Titus. Our complete party felt ignored and on purpose. His lack of care and real service ruined my birthday dinner and expectations for my first visit to this place. Had I known the service I was to receive was going to be this bad I never would’ve booked. He ignored our table, had a sense of superiority complex and arrogance and I hate to to say it even came off as racist. There was another party arrived an hour after ours and they were in and out with fast service and he was always there for them. Very disappointed we won’t be back. Food was sub par as well to be honest compared to other Italian eateries.

   Open air seating with good heat was perfect! Our waitress was charming and did her best as this place was packed and with good energy so all was good. The food was very very well prepared, great portions, complimentary bread and dip was delicious. We love to do new and different places to dine however we agreed we would definitely dine here again. Carbonara and pesto pasta were our meals ……. I’m very picky, they nailed both plates!

   Salmon Salad was the hit with our group. Tuna Tacos were a tasty and light entree for me with crisp wonton base. Our server Tina did a very nice job and was attentive without being disruptive to our conversation.
