   We had cleanliness issues here. The appetizer plates on the table were dirty with food on them under a clean plate. Also the flatware wrapped in the napkins were dirty. It was gross and disgusting. The chicken parm was undercooked and rubbery and the accompanying pasta was congealed into an inedible mass. The Bolognese pasta was actually crispy not al dente and was ridiculously over sauced. There were unsupervised children running around the tables. Our server did a good job in very difficult circumstances

   Delicious, friendly, the only thing was I mentioned it was my birthday but nobody noticed. Would have been nice just to have it mentioned. Food was great.

   The food was amazing. Great and fast service ! They were super busy tonight with A lot of crowding at the bar that spilled into the table area but other than that great experience

   We had a wonderful night. The food was awesome, Tina our server was simply amazing. We had very quick service turnaround time, and she was extremely pleasant and professional.

   Sangria was delicious, Salad was great, Bread was very good. I ordered the Chicken parmigiana and the pasta on the side was called herb pasta. It was more like a fettuccini alfredo which I do not like. I would have switched it out if the waitress would have checked back with us to see how our food was, but she never did. The restaurant is really noisy and Chagrin Fallls was very busy that night so there was no parking anywhere. We had to use the valet parking.

   Excellent service by Zack. Johnny the manager was engaging and made us feel welcome. Happy hour and our dinner was exceptional.

   We arrived at 8:15 for our 830 reservation. The greeter said it would be 10 to 15 minutes. At 8:40 we still have not been seated and I approached and asked when we would be seated. She once again said 10 to 15 minutes. At 9 PM I asked when we would be seated and she once again said 10 to 15 minutes. We then proceeded to order food because our kids were super hungry and asked that once we were seated the food we brought to our table. At 9:15 I asked for the manager who could not find her reservation. Finally, he found it. He said the reservation was canceled. Which it was not. We finally seated and then needed to figure out where our food was. A server appeared and asked us to pay for our food that we had ordered already. We paid for it and she said it would be out shortly and no point in any other server, stop at our table to ask us if we needed anything. Our food finally arrived about 15 minutes later and take out boxes. Clearly no one has a clue of how to run a restaurant. We asked her to be replaced in the server through complete attitude at us. The only person who was helpful was a server named Tina. You should promote her and give her a raise. Really bad service overall.

   Very disappointed this time. Food was not as good as it usually is. They also got new outdoor seating that was very uncomfortable.

    Sat there for 20 minutes with dirty table and not one server appeared. Never go back again .
