   We’ve been to M Italian more than 150 times since they opened. This is the worst experience we’ve had there so far. My glass of Paso Robles Cab was off. Service was slow and it took more than 25 minutes for our entrees to get there. My dinner was horrible…Pesto with zoodles. It was a bowl of watery sauce with no cheese. I ate it because I had not had anything all day and was starving, and the server never bothered to check how it was. I never saw a manager in the dining room either to speak with. At the end of the meal, I told the server how bad my meal was and she laughed, handed me the check/took payment, said “I thought there was something wrong based on how you reacted getting the check”., and just walked away. That’s all she said and I and my wife were dumbfounded. As we left, I asked to talk to the manager. He seemed to have cared less. We will never be back to M Italian and we’ll have a hard time gearing up to go to JoJo’s anymore either. They lost a great customer last night.

   Menu and food and cocktails are very good. Highly recommend the salmon. Service has always been excellent. The atmosphere is nice. During various busy times it can be a bit cramped and very noisy.

   Went to dinner for my birthday on Friday and received horrible service from Titus. Our complete party felt ignored and on purpose. His lack of care and real service ruined my birthday dinner and expectations for my first visit to this place. Had I known the service I was to receive was going to be this bad I never would’ve booked. He ignored our table, had a sense of superiority complex and arrogance and I hate to to say it even came off as racist. There was another party arrived an hour after ours and they were in and out with fast service and he was always there for them. Very disappointed we won’t be back. Food was sub par as well to be honest compared to other Italian eateries.

   Open air seating with good heat was perfect! Our waitress was charming and did her best as this place was packed and with good energy so all was good. The food was very very well prepared, great portions, complimentary bread and dip was delicious. We love to do new and different places to dine however we agreed we would definitely dine here again. Carbonara and pesto pasta were our meals ……. I’m very picky, they nailed both plates!

   Salmon Salad was the hit with our group. Tuna Tacos were a tasty and light entree for me with crisp wonton base. Our server Tina did a very nice job and was attentive without being disruptive to our conversation.

   Great and friend staff willing to help for any reason. Excellent food for any reason or occasion. Would recommend to anyone to try at least once, you won't be disappointed

   Service was amazing, food was amazing! We Will definitely be back. Out of the 6 of us we tried 4 different menu items, Chicken Parm, Steak Frittes, M pasta, and a Margherita pizza. Finished dinner with some amazing desserts.

    I've gone here several times and have always been pleased. I ordered a new item on the menu the shrimp with beans and escarole which was excellent! I plan to order from here again soon. I also had the salmon which was a lighter entree option, but perfectly cooked and exactly what I was looking for. You will never go wrong with a past dish either.
