The Parlour Tea Room at Mad Dogs and Englishmen provides a vintage setting to enjoy Afternoon tea. We’ve become renowned for our themed teas which offer an unforgettable experience. Enjoy the eclectic surroundings of this unique venue.
The Botanical Rooms is upstairs and hosts our cocktail bar. Here you can experience Afternoon Tea from Wednesday to Sunday during the day and enjoy the fairy-lit bar on Friday and Saturday evenings. We host live Jazz and soul on some evenings.
The Piano Lounge with it's vintage leather sofas and a mixture of eclectic styled furnishings is situated on the ground floor alongside our Whisky Bar. You can enjoy an Afternoon Tea with Piano accompaniment on Sunday afternoons or sample some of our extensive Whisky cocktails on Friday and Saturday evenings. We have live Jazz performances on selected evenings.

    Such a wonderful afternoon, beautiful decorations and delightful details, like the waitresses costumes and the themed cocktails even some hot toddy among the drinks on the cocktails list. Really helpful staff when I arranged the details because we were vegetarian and gluten free and they tackled all our requests by email and I brought a birthday cake with me and it all went very smoothly. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

    My friends & I experienced the Snow White afternoon tea for a special birthday it was absolutely amazing & beautifully decorated 🍎 food was outstanding and plenty of it, we all took cakes home that we couldn’t manage as we was so full. Staff were so friendly and lovely. Can definitely recommend this experience, it’s just magical 👍🏼🥰

    I have been to afternoon tea at mad dogs a few times and feel this time the experience and service was not as good. Had to ask first more tea and was going to order a cocktail but staff didn’t come to our table only to give sandwiches and cake. General experience lacking that special touch this time

    Our afternoon tea today was perfect, every single person at Mad Dog & The Englishman was so friendly and welcoming. We had the best time and are already planning which theme tea we want to go to next.
