Reserved a table for four, booked it for 6.30pm we arrived a bit early but the gentleman behind the bar was very polite and showed us where our table was. We placed an order and was told 15 mins later that there was no beef burgers and did we want to change it to chicken burgers. Two of us decided to agree to the chicken burgers. After 45 mins still no food arrived nearly an hour later we had to ask where our food was after seeing someone come in and receiving their food 20mins later. Another gentleman said he would go and check and then the food was brought over to the table. Absolutely disgusted at how cold the food arrived and how dry the perri perri chicken was. I've been here a few times and could not fault the food but to be honest I do not know what has happened to the quality or stock check of food that you are presenting. Surely you must know when you are out of stock of beef burgers but the customer ordered and was not told until at least 15 mins later. I think maybe the people who are dealing and preparing and cooking the food should really refresh their food and hygiene training.

Not enough staff. At 10.15pm only 1 person behind bar with 20 people waiting! The other male member of staff was outside front of the pub attending the hanging baskets. Disgusting and they don`t deserve any business treating their customers with such contempt.

Great atmosphere as we arrived for dinner, it was their open mic night. The singers were soo good and it set a really nice vibe for us whilst we ate. Staff were attentive and friendly would definitely recommend to people.
