As usual, we had a wonderful dining experience at Maito. The staff is naturally welcoming and friendly. Many are English speakers, which is certainly a plus in Panama. The food is wonderful, creative, fresh, and a unique blend of flavors. Looking forward to our next visit!

Very much enjoyed the tasting menu here. The food itself is delicious. The only things I wish were better is most tasting menus have a printed menu so you know what you’re eating (even along with the explanation). Also, there were 2 main dishes in the tasting (which were delicious) but I wish they were smaller portions. Although I didn’t eat all of it, a more controlled portion size would have been a better way to control the tasting menu. I would certainly recommend trying though!

It is important to order in Spanish. The server got our order wrong, but the food was still amazing and we were grateful!(we ordered in English)
