   Myself and 2 girlfriends attended lunch with the YYC experience set menu! Server Justine was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was excellent and presentation amazing

   We had the Major Tom’s YYC Food Experience lunch menu. Found the 1st course (scallops) to be so-so (the cucumber salad may be a better choice). The second course (prime rib dip) was very good and very filling although the serving of au jus for dipping was quite skimpy (the onion rings that garnished the meal were delicious). The dessert (chocolate millefeuille) was one of the best desserts I’ve had - outstanding and absolutely delicious!!!

   Definitely a bucket-list restaurant. This was our first visit. It’s a stunning location 40 floors up, but the internal design is stunning too, with lots of wood, glass, leather and space. The central bar is a work of art. The service is outstanding, genuinely “silver service” standard. The drinks were excellent, though I’m never sure about lighting cocktails :-) The food was exceptional, particularly the roast chicken. Burger was a bit squishy, but this is a place to eat steak and we will next time. Thanks for having us. We left with happy memories and far too many photos.

   Three course lunch was amazing. Cucumber salad to start with, then the beef dip tower, and then the chocolate Mille feuille for dessert. Barry took excellent care of us. Major Tom did not disappoint!
