   This was an enjoyable experience. I enjoyed everything I ordered which included the Marabú Mojito and the Roasted Chicken. I was provided a courtesy dessert as a birthday treat, which was delicious. The plantain chips offered at the table were a great little snack to munch on before the meal arrived. Shout out to Jorge for being a wonderful server and so sweet with the birthday dessert and song. I highly recommend making sure you are aware that this is on the 4th level of a shopping outlet and accommodate time to arrive timely. My map app directed me the wrong way and I hadn’t known which floor the restaurant was on initially until I used the very handy digital map for the mall.

   My husband had the roast pork dish-loved the pork rinds. Our waiter suggested the special seafood soup-and I wasn’t disappointed. Nice place to stop while out shopping!

   The food was delicious, our server attentive and kind. However nowhere on OpenTable or on the restaurant website did it tell us that this restaurant was inside of a shopping mall with tables open to the shopping walkways. There is nothing wrong with that (it is a luxurious center) but it is important information as you are choosing your dining experience.

   We went on Valentine’s so it was busy. My husband loved his pork yuca and moros. I decided to have octopus that was an appetizer ans truffle mashed and both weren’t good. We’ve eaten here before and I’ve had the grouper but wasn’t as hungry and decided to change it up. Big mistake. The bread pudding had great flavor but over cooked. The service was awful because it was a full house waited over 10 min just to be served water at the table. We got our drinks after we finished our appetizer. I was honestly a bit disappointed. I’ve recommended to friends on the past not sure if I will again.

   Food was delicious, our server was friendly, knew the menu well and was very attentive. Music was fun, made us feel like dancing between dishes! We went for lunch and loved it. We will return to Marabu!

    Everything about our visit was excellent. Reservation was for 8pm and we ran a little late due to insane traffic in area. No problem holding table. Maria our great server from bogata explained the kitchen was backed up due to Saturday night crowd. Food still came out hot, fresh and delicious. NOTE: Marabu is on 4th floor of Brickell City Center
