   I really enjoyed the food and my cocktail! I had the fried chicken and cornbread waffle. The pretty in pink cocktail was very tasty as well!

   The service was very good. Our appetizers were ok but the calamari dish needs to have more calamari and fewer peppers. As for the entrees, my wife said her shrimp and grits lacked flavor, she hardly ate any of it. I enjoyed my chicken and waffles. The raspberry cheesecake brûlée looked like imitation yogurt was the main ingredient. You’re better off going to Marcus’ higher end restaurants such as Red Rooster.

   It took 30 minutes for the waitress to first take our order. My drink arrived almost at the end of the meal and after 3 requests to bring it. Various waiters brought food to all patrons and didn't know to which table the orders belonged. Very disorganized service. The food was very underwhelming considering the world class chef associates with the restaurant. Very disappointing experience.

   Food just not as expected from a respected chef. It was ok. Noise was super loud with the band playing next door - we had to scream to hold a conversation. Small menu and dishes.

   The establishment is beautiful!! The lighting is subtle and great for amazing picture moments. The decor is gorgeous, very urban and well put together. The staff were amazingggg! Especially the bartender that was waiting tables. She was very attentive and very friendly. Most of the food was pretty good. Some of the the appetizers werent all that great. The deviled eggs had a very vinegary taste, and the cornbread lacked taste. As for entrees & sides I definitely recommend the shrimp & grits and the mac/cheese. The chicken & waffles was pretty good too but they put the syrup on when serving instead of on the side and it leaves the waffle soggy by the 3rd bite

   I decided to have a birthday dinner at Marcus Live Our server was kind and knowledgeable. We even sat near Marcus Samuelson for a couple mins . The food was pretty good . I ordered brown sugar wings and a Ny strip and my wife had lamb chops , I heard the burgers were’ pretty good too. The only issue we had was that the burgers were the only thing that came with sides other than that it was a cool experience

   Ordered the lamb and it was overcooked, which for lamb means inedible. Then had the burger which was just ok and also overcooked. The wings were good and the chicken and waffles was good, but sweet. Was hoping for more from this place. My husband also said the bathrooms were atrocious.

   I had the chicken and waffle. The chicken had no seasoning. The waffle had no syrup. I ordered no chili buter, but the butter thst came with the cornbread appetizer. This request didn't come with the mesl that was a 30 minute wait. .y waitress was surprised we didn't our order. Whoever was running the plates out was rude slammed the plates done and all 4 meals were cold. The napkins and silverware was dirty. I noticed all the tables around me that ordered the chicken and waffles no one ate the chicken. I'm so disappointmented by the lack of flavor and taste from the food. I'm a big fan of Marcus from the food. network. What a disappointment. Marcus should remove his name the lack of care for the food and the menu wasn't correct. The shrimp and crabmeat meal was told crabneat no longer offered. The sweet tea no longer offered but unsweetened tea but sweet tea will appear on your bill so strange but waitress couldn't give a reason. The bathroom had no more paper towels and one dispenser had soap. My reservation for 2pm no attention to restocking the bathroom with the essentials

   All I can say is WOW! What an adventure for our tastebuds. We got the brown sugar wings and cornbread to start. For dinner we had the fried chicken and waffles, ribeye steak, grilled lamb chops and a side of sweet potato fries. For dessert we had the cookie skillet. Each dish was delicious. We plan on making another trip for lunch just to have the wings and cornbread. Service was top notch.

    The food was good. The salmon salad was ok. The salmon was a touch under cooked. Portion size could have been larger. The chicken and cornbread waffle was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. First class live entertainment. Worth stopping by.
