A magical excellent dining experience. Mario Pagan is a masterful chef in every of his restaurants. We live in Orlando but are originally from PR and we are loyal customers of Chayote in Winter Park. In our present trip to PR we wanted to experience Pagan’s rest in San Juan. What at excellent experience! Great service! Excellent food! We were amazed how the food was so similar and excellent as the one in Chayote in Winter Park. We definitely have become fans of Mario Pagan food and restaurants! Keep up the good work and great representation of Puerto Rican cuisine.
