MariPili is a James Beard nominated Galician themed tapas bar providing a casual environment for elevated Spanish bar food and homestyle cooking. MariPili is named for chef's aunt and the bar and walls are adorned with Galician art and keepsakes. Estrella Galicia is served on tap and there are a wide variety of tapas options like the pan seared lingcod 'Bacallau a Mariñera' and Spanish classic 'Croquettas de Jamon' as well as our seasonal tasting menu Tapear Tapearei which includes many bite sized courses reflecting a more traditional tapas experience. Honoring the chef's blended heritage, the wine list features a selection from Spain and Washington exclusively.

Everything was amazing! Sat at the bar, and the servers were perfect. They were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and engaging. We couldn't have asked for a better time. The food was wonderful. Great variety, good sharing plate sizes, and wonderfully prepared. Great alcoholic and non alcoholic options. Very highly recommend.

The ambiance was great, it’s a very small romantic dinner experience with great service and wonderful food. I really loved how the wait staff explained what each dish was when they brought it out so there was no guessing what any of the elements were on our plates! I absolutely plan to go again

We had an amazing experience at Mari Pili and will definitely be back! We enjoyed some delicious cocktails, including the Sangria which was delicious. We then dined on a series of small bites. Since this is a tapas bar, all of the portions are small to medium which makes it easy to try lots of different things. The dishes that stood out the most to me were the croquettes with ham and cheese, the scallops (they were very instagramable, served on cute half shells), and the arroz meloso, though everything was incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the price point was reasonable. We cannot wait to go back!

The food is very mediocre for the price. A few dishes were over salted, over seasoned, and over cooked. The space is great though and the staff is pretty friendly (albeit very busy)

Such a great restaurant. You can tell everyone there is so invested in the experience. Lots of care goes into each dish. I highly recommend the prix fixe, ‘TAPEAR TAPEAREI’, menu with the beverage pairing.

The two of us sat at the bar this past Saturday and had an incredible experience, thanks to the impeccable service by Z and Ed. Cocktails and service were on point. We didn’t want for anything. We opted for the tasting menu, and what a great deal for the amount of food. The presentation of the food and the flavors were absolutely amazing. We already have plans to bring back our friends. Highly recommend!!!
