   I head the Jambalaya and was very disappointed. I have had here before and they must have a new chef. Other than that, all was well

   Edgar was our waiter and he was really good. Always checked on us and refilled our drinks without asking. Food was delicious and service amazing.

   Our server, Gabriel was terrific. He helped us with suggestions and was very observant to all we needed. We tried the halibut grilled with lemon pepper and shrimp skewers, all prepared well and delicious. Great evening out.

   We have eaten at this restaurant for years - back to when it was in it's previous location. They have always been a go-to favorite of ours and we had stuck with them through the various changes they have made over the years. Last evening, we visited again and - as I was paying the bill with my VISA - noticed an additional fee for using my card. I asked what the fee was about and was told "It is for the new 'pay at the table mobile devices'." Devices like this have been used in Europe for years and are now becoming mainstream in restaurants in the US. Of the countless numbers of restaurants I've eaten in around the world and restaurants in the US who are now using the portable machines, this is the very first time I've had to pay an additional fee to pay in this way. This is not a welcome addition.

   Our waitress got our order wrong. I ordered the creative combo with Mahi with Cajun seasoning and the shrimp scampi. My partner ordered the lemon caper trout. When our food came out, I got a flaky fish with miso sauce. I asked the waitress and she said the mahi comes with a miso sauce, which was not an option on the menu. My partners trout had the Cajun seasoning and he can’t do spicy. They corrected his food, which was great, but the waitress should have just looked at what she wrote down for my order as well and realize she put in the wrong order and correct it. It also took a while to get our bill, so I hunted down a manager. Overall, waitress was nice, but the service was slow.

   First time here. Seated immediately, had a reservation and the waitress was very polite and attentive. Sat two stations from the kitchen and that was a bit distracting. Good wine list and the prices were reasonable. Parking was easy and convenient.
