    We valet parked our car. The attendant moved the car out of the driveway and parked it in a handicap spot. He left the keys in the car and running. Car idled for nearly 4 hours. It burned nearly a half of tank of gas. When we gave them our ticket, they could not find the keys. Keys were left in car on the seat in plain view. I guess we are lucky that the car was not stolen. Mastro's did nothing about it. Valet did nothing. Had a huge dinner bill and had to stop at 1:30 in the morning to fill up our tank to get home. Disappointing that nothing was offered to a compensate us for the gas.

    We chose to spend New Year’s Eve at City Hall to have a great dinner. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. We ended up sending back the scallops because they were like rubber, my steak was supposed to be medium, and it came out as a hockey puck, both of our steaks had no flavor and the scallop potatoes tasted like they were premade and had been sitting out the entire time before even brought to our table, again no flavor. For the price of this dinner was very disappointing.  I have been going to City Hall for years and unfortunately, the quality of food just keeps getting worse. I can say our server was phenomenal. She took the scallops off of our bill and was very apologetic about it. She was super sweet and very attentive the whole night considering how busy they were.

    Our family had a fabulous time celebrating New Year’s at Mastro’s City Hall steakhouse in Scottsdale! The food, service and ambiance were top notch!

    Hands down my favorite steak restaurant. Service, quality, atmosphere, etc. I’ve never had a bad experience. Always on point.

    Our first time back at City Hall in a while. We had a party of 6 and 4 of us were multiple time previous customers. All 4 of us felt quality of food, while still good, was not as excellent as it had been in the past.

    Service was very lack luster , it was busy but not crazy ! Crab cakes were rubber, my water, cocktail, and wine glass was empty a lot during the 3 + hour waitfest ! It was just very slow !!!
